Please bookmark this link for easy access. Use this link to get to the main page of the program from any device. From here, you can log in and view your modules and other course content. If you run into login issues, start back at this main page.
(If you don't know how to bookmark a page, copy and paste the link into a note on your computer, and name the note something that you can remember and search. If you don't know how to do that, then write it down somewhere safe.)
The program materials are web-based, which means you do not need to download anything. Everything sits on a server, and you can get to that server with this link:

When you click that link, a new tab or browser window will open with the main course page displayed. On this homepage is a link that says Login. Click that link to get to the sign-in page.
On the sign-in page, enter your credentials. This will be your email and password. If you do not remember your credentials, please see the previous answer.
When you signed up for access to the program, your enrollment coach set up your access with an email address and an initial password. The email address is where any email updates and news tidbits are being sent. If you receive any updates or news from Natalie or the program in your email inbox, that is the email you need to use when logging in. As for the password, if you do not know what it is, there are a few ways to handle that:
If you are having issues resetting your password, or using your password to log in, here are the most common problems:
1) You have copied and pasted your password, and accidentally hit the space bar, or copied over an extra empty space before or after your email or password.
2) You have forgotten to use the shift key to capitalize something.
3)You have typed in the wrong password, or there is a typo in your password.
4) You have typed in the wrong email, or there is a typo in your email.
5) You have used an EXPIRED "reset password" link. (Those links are only good for a couple of hours, so once you request a reset, use it right away.)
6) You are trying to use your old password, after you have already requested a password reset.
Hot tip: It is soooooo much easier to figure out password issues and get it right on a computer, as opposed to your phone! After you've reset your password and it is working on your computer, THEN try it on your phone.

First, understand that the server on which the program sits has nothing to do with whether or not you are logging in from a computer, tablet, or phone. Think of our course and website as a house. A house has a key to gain entry. That key is your login credentials -- i.e. your email address and password. How you get to the house does not change how the key works. If you get to the house by walking, by bicycle, or by car, that does not change your key. The same is true with getting to our program site. It does not matter if you are using a computer, a tablet, a phone, etc.
Most time, we find that the web browser you are using has saved your credentials. It is a nice feature that allows you to just click an old link in an email to get to the site, and your browser actually logs you in automatically. However, sometimes people change their password while on their computer, and the computer saves the updated password. However, your phone does not know this, and it might be trying to use your old password. This is usually the cause of a login problem. Instead of trying an old link from an email, tap in your browser's address bar and type in the main page for the course: https://www.mylast.love. Make sure there is nothing additional that your phone or browser is trying to add to this link address. Once at the main page, tap the Login link at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the login page where you can enter the proper credentials.
Other times, people make an assumption that they need to use a different email when logging in from their phone. As mentioned above, your login credentials DO NOT change just because you are getting to the course website from a different device. Use the same email and password that works on your other device. Those are the correct credentials to log in.
Another thing we have found is that people just mistype their password when logging in on their phone. It happens. Those phone keyboards are pretty tiny, and it is very easy to accidentally add a space or hit the wrong letter. Double-check you have entered your password correctly.

We recommend using the Google Chrome browser. It seems to work best with everything. You may use any browser you choose, but we cannot test and support them all. However, many clients are successful with using the Apple Safari browser. Most of it is a personal preference. Just know that not all browsers play nice with all web sites. If you end up trying to use some super-secure and obscure web browser, you may run into issues due to super-secure settings on that browser. It will be up to you to figure out how to get those settings to work properly.

The short answer is "No." We might be able to provide SOME technical guidance on the basics of navigating whichever site you are trying to use. However, when it comes to login issues, we have no control over that. Websites are responsible for their own technical support, especially when it comes to sensitive information such as login credentials. We can assist you with logging in to our own program website, but dating sites are out of our control. You will need to contact the technical support team for the dating site in question. You should be able to find a link to their contact information from their main site page. This is a general rule for all websites.
The short answer is "No." We might be able to provide SOME technical guidance on the basics of navigating whichever site you are trying to use. However, when it comes to login issues or technical support, we have no control over --and therefore, cannot provide support for -- anything outside of our own website.
Each website is responsible for its own technical support, especially when it comes to sensitive information such as login credentials. We can assist you with logging in to our own program website, and we can try our best to help you figure out how to use Zoom, since it is required to get onto coaching calls... but sites that we don't own are out of our control.
In addition, sometimes when you are having a problem, it may not be related to a website at all, but may have to do with the configuration of your own device (computer, phone, or tablet) or the reliability and set up of your internet service, wifi, etc. You will need to contact the technical support team for the site, device, or service in question. You should be able to find a link to their contact information from their main site page. This is a general rule for all websites, services, and devices.
First, make sure you camera and/or speakers are enabled. Be sure you have not clicked on a "Mute" button in any on-screen audio/video controls. Software like Zoom will have separate buttons for audio and video settings, and a simple click of those buttons can turn a camera or speaker on and off. Those controls are usually at the bottom of your screen in a settings bar. You may need to quickly tap the screen on a mobile device to have the settings bar pop up briefly.
If the settings for your software or app do not appear to be the issue, the quickest and easiest fix for this is to simply restart your computer or mobile device.
Many times we find that someone was using their device for another meeting for for listening to music. At that time, the operating system of the device created a channel to the camera or speakers being used -- usually the speakers are some sort of Bluetooth-enabled earphones. However, the when the person is done with their call or music session, the operating system may not properly "let go" of the camera or speaker. So, when the person now goes into a Zoom meeting or wants to watch a video, the operating system still thinks it is using the camera or speaker from last time. Sometimes you can just go into your audio or video settings of your device to find out which camera or speaker is being used at the moment. We see a lot of folks who can't hear anything through their device's main speaker because the device is still connected to their Bluetooth-enabled earphones.
Rather than spend 30 minutes trying to trace the problem to any specific device, restarting your device will forcibly "let go" of any previous connections to a camera or speaker. It's a one-minute fix, and it saves everyone a lot of time and headaches.
A streaming video that is stopping and starting or seems jittery usually indicates an issue with Internet connection speed. This happens most often on mobile devices. Make sure your mobile device has WiFi turned on, you are connected to a WiFi access point, and your WiFi connection indicator shows a strong connection. If you are only using mobile data from your cellular plan, make sure your signal strength is good.
For mobile devices, the device will try to use WiFi, if enabled, but the device will also try to use the strongest signal possible most times. If you are in a place with a spotty WiFi connection, your device might start off using the WiFi connection but then bounce to use the cellular signal if the WiFi signal becomes too weak, even for just a few seconds. If the WiFi signal becomes a bit stronger again, your mobile device may try to switch back to WiFi. You end up bouncing constantly between the two signals as you stream, and your audio/video becomes choppy.
If you aren't streaming but instead just watching a video or listening to an audio file that you have already downloaded and things are still choppy, the most likely cause is the number of apps running or tabs open in your browser. Devices, no matter how powerful, have a limit to the number of things they can handle at once. Some folks just naturally work with many, many browser tabs and windows open as they move from site to site. Having your device work with all of that in the background while you try to watch a video just becomes too much for the device to handle. Make sure you close all unnecessary apps and browser windows/tabs.
If you aren't getting an email as expected, the first thing you should always do is check your spam folder in your email. Make sure nothing is going there without your knowledge.

It is recommended that you use a computer or tablet to watch the lesson videos and read the written content in the modules. This recommendation is simply because it is easier for many people to see and find things on a larger screen. However, the program does not require you to own a computer. Many people have been successful using only a phone.
For the audio sessions, most people find that listening on their phone is a much more convenient option. You don't have to download the audios to listen, just click/tap of the play button, to listen right from your phone.
You can access the website from your phone using your favorite browser and going to our main page at https://www.mylast.love. Use the EXACT SAME email and password you use to log into the website from a computer.
Everything will look and function almost identical to what it looks/functions like when you go to the website on your computer. You will notice a layout difference, however, since a phone or tablet has a smaller screen than a computer or PC. Therefore, some items will be re-arranged to fit the screen. Specifically, you may notice that any downloads for a lesson might be pushed to the very bottom, so you might have to scroll a bit to find some things.

Once a payment agreement is entered into our system, it is all handled in an automated way by a third-party payment processor, and we have no control over changing payment terms. This means that we cannot change your payment date. The better solution would be to change your payment method to one that has sufficient funds (changing from a debit card to a credit card, for instance).

Your Last Love Method™ program membership includes:
*starting from day of enrollment, cannot "roll over" unused calls/unused months
Let me start by asking you this: Do you want a healthy, committed, loving relationship?
Assuming the answer is yes, how much time per week are you willing to give to that relationship/partner? Between calls, texts, dates, etc.,.... do you think you can build and sustain a loving relationship giving it less than 6 hours a week (out of 168) of your time and attention?
I would venture once you find that ideal partner, you would be giving him MUCH more than 6 hours a week, but I'd say 6 hours a week is the bare minimum.
So... if you want to be able to give HIM 6 hours, you need to start carving out that time for YOU, right now. That's part of the work, right there. Making space for love in your life, by giving YOURSELF that time, now, in service of the goal of a healthy, loving relationship.
So, how, then?
Well, for starters you have one hour a week to jump on a live coaching call (or watch a replay if you can't do a live one).
Then, let's say you do one lesson per day, and let's say you do 2 lessons on Saturday and/or Sunday. (Some modules are super quick and some take longer... and some lessons are super quick and don't even have any homework, while others will take you longer, but it's an average of less than 1/2 hour per lesson). So let's say it's a full 30 minutes per lesson (it's not, but I'm being generous here) That's still a total of only 4 1/2 hours for the week. Add that to your coaching call and you're at 5 1/2 hours.
Of course, you don't have to do one lesson every day. Some people choose to save them all up for Saturday and/or Sunday (or whatever their days off from work might be)
"But what about the audios and practices, Natalie?"
Well, the practices can mostly be done in mere seconds (not even minutes) as needed at any time of the day, as they are mostly simply thought processes.
As for the audios, there's no excuse not to do them, because some of the audios are less than 2 minutes, and most of your audios don’t have to add any extra time to your day at all.
For example:
In addition, for video lessons (at least the ones without homework) and coaching call replays, they can be listened to while driving or doing chores around the house like dishes, laundry, cooking, etc.
By connecting the audio sessions to things you’re already doing, you make this mental / emotional / energetic “hygiene” a normal part of your life, instead of stressing over “fitting it all in.”
This is a self-paced program, so depending on how fast you want to get out of the pain you’ve been in, and into a loving relationship, you can determine how much time you devote to it. We’ve had people go through the program in as little as 2 weeks, and just stay on for the coaching calls… and we’ve also had people take a lot longer to get through the program. The strongly *recommended* pace is 6-9 weeks to finish the online modules, so you still have couple months of live coaching left once you finish and start dating. We find that if people procrastinate, they get stuck in perfectionism and will let their fear and resistance take over, start procrastinating, and lose momentum… so then, of course, we can’t get results that way, right?
So it’s up to you how fast you want to go, but following the recommended pace, you’d be doing one module per week, so you might invest between 5-40 minutes a day, depending on the day plus one hour per week for your coaching call… which of course, is much less than the time you would be devoting to your partner once you find him through this program… because part of the process is MAKING time and space for that love in your life, right??
By doing the work in this way, you will not only get done in the recommended time frame, you will also ce creating new habits that add up to powerful, positive, and permanent changes in your life.
Remember, love is a choice, and an ACTION. Self love is the same. All the self love quotes in the world, and even “feelings” of self love, are meaningless unless couples with ACTS of self love. Keeping your commitments to yourself (just as you’ll expect your future partner to keep his commitments to you) is the most important act of self love.
We’ve had lots of very busy women – including business owners and medical or legal professionals who are also single moms -- manage to do the program in these time frames, and we believe in you and your ability to do it, too.
IF YOU JOINED ON OR AFTER 11/23/24, you have four months of live coaching access (group coaching calls and email coaching), and one year of access to the online components of the program.
"Online components" include:
At the end of your one year of access, you will be provided the means to download or save most of the content, so you could keep it forever if you want to save it on your own computer. If you don't wish to store the content on your own device, you will be given the option to extend access with the payment of a small monthly access fee.
IF YOU JOINED *BEFORE *11/23/24, you have four months of live coaching access (group coaching calls and email coaching), plus grandfathered “lifetime” access to all the online components of this program (not including personal email coaching or live group coaching calls).
To be clear, “lifetime” access refers to the lifetime of the program (aka, until Natalie retires and takes down the website). You also have the ability to download, screenshot, or copy and paste most of the program content, so you could conceivably have the content forever for your own personal use, IF you choose to take the time to capture and save it.
No matter when you joined, your LIVE coaching access time (email coaching and the ability to ask questions and attend live group coaching calls), on the other hand, is limited to 4 months, starting from your enrollment date. If you would like continued live support beyond your coaching expiration date, we do have discounted live access continuity options.
You should be receiving an email about 2 weeks before your live coaching access time expires, with an opportunity to have a one on one "exit" call on Zoom, with Natalie, to discuss your next best steps, including extending your coaching access. If you have NOT received that email by the time your coaching access expires, please reach out to [email protected] before your time is up to discuss your options.
You have THREE coaches in this program! Natalie Kita (the program's creator) is the lead coach in this program, and she is a coach for everyone. She hosts most of the coaching calls, and answers coaching questions via email.
We also have an associate coach, Joanne Montague, who hosts some of the coaching calls, and answers questions in the Facebook group and in online comments under the lessons in the program portal. She is also a coach for everyone.
Our client success coach, Beth Bashinski Thompson, is specifically responsible for motivation, accountability, and helping you stay on pace with the modules. Beth does an initial zoom call with everyone to help you get started off on the right foot in the program. After that initial call, she is also the coach you will hear from weekly via email during at least the first 10 weeks you are in the program. You may reply to her emails for extra support and encouragement. She also occasionally hosts coaching calls.
In addition to fulfilling different specific roles in the program, each coach has a different personality and coaching style, and you may resonate more with one than another, and that's okay. However, there is no such thing as "switching coaches" in this program, as each coach is here for everyone in the program, and each coach has specific coaching roles to fulfill.
Natalie is the program creator, and therefore, some people prefer to direct more complex coaching questions to her. However, if Natalie had enough hours in the day to fulfill all the coaching roles in this program, we wouldn't have hired two additional coaches. Both Beth and Joanne are very knowledgeable about the program, and are successful program graduates themselves, both now married to their last loves.
If you have a question that you wish to be answered by specific coach, all you need to do is send an email to [email protected] and put "for _________ (name of the coach)" in the subject line of your email.

Private email coaching is unlimited for 4 months starting with your enrollment date. This benefit of your membership happens by sending questions via email to [email protected]
Once you’ve asked a question, Natalie or an associate coach may provide a written answer by replying to your email… Or, they may create a video answer for you and send it in the email reply… If a coach feels that your question is too complex for either one of these options, or if we feel others in the program would greatly benefit from the discussion, you'll be advised that we would like to answer your question on a coaching call. (We can keep the question anonymous if you request, so your name will not be mentioned in the discussion). Even if you can’t make it to the live call, you can watch the answer (and any subsequent relevant discussion) on the recorded call replay.
You may ask questions related to:
PLEASE NOTE: You may not use unlimited email coaching as a substitute for coaching calls. We expect some of your questions to be asked in the group calls. Otherwise, this becomes a private coaching program, and it gets a lot more expensive.
In addition, PRIVATE COACHING CALLS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PROGRAM. NATALIE’S PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAMS START AT $13,000, and individual private calls for non-members are $1000/hr. However, if you’d like to have an occasional private call with Natalie, you can add that on, at member rates, which are $450/hr, while your coaching time is in effect, or $600/hr for program alumni whose coaching time is expired. Alternatively, you can book time with Associate Coach Joanne for $150/hr for active coaching members or $300/hr for alumni. Email [email protected] for more information.
The scope of the coaching included in this program is related to your past, present, and future love life. Natalie is not able to offer professional coaching or coaching related to platonic friendships, family relationships, career, finances, etc., as part of this program. If you’d like help with those areas of your life, you can book a private coaching call at an additional cost.
There are anywhere from 12-22 calls on the schedule in any given month, so you can pick the ones that best fit your schedule. You may attend 4 coaching calls per month, live. Those calls can happen at a rate of one call per week, or you can skip 3 weeks and attend 4 calls in one week, or anything in between. You may also watch as many call recordings on replay as you wish, once the recordings are posted in your course portal.
As vacations are commonplace, and this program can be very mobile due to its available-on-demand, online nature, and flexible zoom coaching call schedule, vacations/travel do not affect your live coaching access time in any way.
In most cases, a trained associate coach will host calls in Natalie’s absence. Some regularly-scheduled calls, however, may be skipped or rescheduled. Even if this happens, there are still a minimum of anywhere from 12-22 calls on the schedule in any given month, so you can pick the ones that best fit your schedule.
You may request*** that your program be put on a brief hold , ONLY for the following reasons:
Please do not request a hold for any reason other than the above, exactly as it's spelled out. The truth is that every woman in this program has a busy life, crazy work schedule, travels, goes to school, has pets/kids/grandkids, has an ex that's making her life difficult, is dealing with stress, etc. At this point in our lives, most of us also have parents with failing health, as well. Life happens, and we still keep all our other commitments. This program is no different.
If we grant holds for everyone, then the time frame becomes meaningless, motivation is lost, and we are unable to sustain a business and keep track of everyone's differing timetable.
If the ability to request a hold is abused, we will return to not allowing holds for any reason.
***You must reach out to Natalie to request a hold, and the decision to grant the hold is made solely at her discretion. Hold periods that are granted, are NOT retroactive. Please note that, during your “hold” period, you may still access the online components of the program, but you may not attend LIVE coaching calls. (The clock starts again once you come on a coaching call live.)

You were most likely granted access to several chunks of content (such as the actual program, coaching call replays, bonus materials, etc.) Each bit of content is in its own block or box, and there should be a link or button in each block titled ACCESS PROGRAM which you can click to access the content. The main program materials are usually the first block listed or shown if you are looking top-to-bottom and left-to-right. The main program is called "Your Last Love Method."

Keep in mind that if you re-size the screen, items will be rearranged to fit your screen or window. If this happens, the listing of available downloads will be pushed to the very bottom of the screen. You will have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the downloads.
On a mobile device:
Mobile device screens are generally smaller in size than a standard computer screen. Therefore, items will be rearranged just as noted above if resizing a computer screen. Any available downloads will be pushed to the bottom, and you will have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the downloads.

The recommended pace to complete the online modules is about one module per week, although Modules 1 and 9 can probably be completed much quicker, so that would mean taking about 8 weeks to complete all 10 modules. Each module contains approximately 8 lessons, so this is a pace of about one lesson per day, plus doubling up on lessons on a Saturday or Sunday. Each lesson is only 5-15 minutes long, and for the 30% of lessons that have homework, allot an extra 20 minutes… This means that, on average, you are devoting approximately 20 minutes per day to lessons… and an extra 20 minutes on a Saturday or Sunday.
The reason we recommend this pace is two-fold:
For these reasons, we recommend staying as close to the recommended pace as possible (not too much faster or too much slower, although we have had some ambitious and dedicated students who've completed all the modules in 3-4 weeks).
If you have received an email stating (or implying) that you should be farther along in the program than you actually are, rest assured that these emails are automated nudges based on the recommended (not required) program pace. There is no need to report back or ask for forgiveness or an extension. The emails and recommended pace are for your benefit, not ours.
So if you're a little behind where you think you “should” be, simply start from wherever you left off.
And keep in mind the reason for the recommended pace: We recommend NOT dating until you have completed all 10 modules, and we want you to still have a couple months of live coaching time left after you've begin dating... So it is always in your best interest to complete the online modules within the first 8-9 weeks of joining the program.
If you have time for only one — the live coaching OR the modules/lessons, ALWAYS choose the lessons. The coaching calls help you repair holes… while the lessons help you learn how to avoid ripping holes in the first place.
That said, here’s one thing that should help you breathe easier: This program will not self-destruct or disappear if you don’t complete it in the recommended time frame. If you joined prior to 11/23/24, you have grandfathered “lifetime” access (meaning, the lifetime of the program, or until Natalie retires and takes the website down) to all the online components of this program (lessons/modules, audios, recorded call replays, bonuses, and Facebook group). If you joined on or after 11/23/24, you have one full year of access to the same online components listed above. You also have the ability to download, screenshot, and copy-paste almost all of this content for your own personal use, so you could conceivably have “forever” access.
The only part of this program that expires 4 months from the date you joined is the LIVE coaching component (live group zoom calls and private email coaching). In addition, if you would like continued live support beyond your coaching expiration date, we do have discounted live access continuity options. Please reach out to [email protected] before your time is up to discuss your options.
Now, as for how to "catch up," there is no one way, but instead, multiple options:
1) You could do two lessons per day, every day.
2) You could stick with one lesson a day, but devote extra time on Saturday and/or Sunday to knock out an extra 3-5 lessons.
3) You could devote one day a week to doing an entire module, PLUS one lesson every other day of the week.
4) Any combination of the above.
If you know that you are close to the end of your coaching time, and you know that will won't be willing or able to invest in extended coaching... then my advice would be to make sure you've done the first 4 lessons in Module 5, then skip ahead to Module 10 and do the first four lessons there. Create your dating profile and gather/take your profile photos and submit them for review on a coaching call. THEN, go back and pick up where you left off in the program, knowing that you at least got your dating profile done and ready to go when you finish the modules.

Here's why we don't want you to backtrack:
You have lifetime access to the modules... but you only have 4 months of live coaching access... so we want you moving through the modules at a decent pace, so you'll still have live coaching time left when you've finished and are back out in the world, dating.
Yes, we want you to go through ALL of the modules, in order. And yes, we want you to give it your best effort. But this work is big, and it's deep. Honestly, this work should be happening throughout your entire life. Expecting to understand it and get it all "perfect" at any time is unrealistic.
You can always go back and do the entire course again, or revisit specific modules, after you're completed the program and are dating. In fact, we've had many clients repeat the entire course after they found their last love, just to understand themselves on a deeper level.
In the meantime, keep moving forward, never backward.

As for the audios, there's no excuse not to do them, because some of the audios less than 2 minutes, and most of your audios don’t have to add any extra time to your day. For example:
By connecting the audio sessions to things you’re already doing, you make this mental/emotional/energetic “hygiene” a normal part of your life, instead of stressing over “fitting it all in.”
To be frank, this is such a tough question to answer… because I’m aware there’s no way to do it without ruffling some feathers.
I have run into this question many times as a coach, in response to certain advice I give. The most common pieces of advice that people resist, include (but are not limited to):

Now, the truth is, at the end of the day, you are a grown adult. You don’t have to do anything I advise. Feel free to take anything (or everything) I say with a grain of salt.
That said, what I won’t do is give you “permission.” If you want to do things your own way, you don’t need my permission. But if you do ask me, I’m going to be honest with you. And that means, I’m going to reiterate all the reasons my advice is to do things a certain way. Said with all the compassion in the world, I won’t “change my answer” because you ask me several different times in several different ways, or because you believe your situation is different from everyone else’s.
As a coach, it is my job to be honest — to tell you what I believe you need to hear, not what you want to hear. That’s what your friends are for — not your coach. (Although., honestly, if we were friends, I would still not be the kind of friend who only tells you what you want to hear. Ask any of my friends and they’ll tell you that’s true.)
I would be doing you a disservice to “give permission” for things I truly believe are detrimental to your goal of finding your last, greatest love and building a beautiful life with him.
It is your life, not mine. Yes, you know yourself better than I do…. and yet, we all have blind spots in our own lives when we can clearly see things going on in the lives of others. That’s why people hire coaches in the first place.
But again, you’re an adult, with free will, and you are the one who lives with your choices. I very much want to help you, and I do that the best way I know how. But YOU are the one responsible for making your choices and living with the results. Just think about what I’ve said here, that’s all I can ask.
The truth is that only about 10% of people who enroll in any sort of online learning program, ever complete the program. We are proud to have a much higher finish rate than most programs, but even so, it’s only about 50%. So how do you get results? Here’s how, in order of importance:

Take action. Put up at least one dating profile and follow the guidelines for your proactive search for your last love. Get out there in the world and meet people. Continue using the audios and other daily practices as a much-needed form of mental emotional/energetic “hygiene.” Stay active and positive in the Facebook group, and continue coming to coaching calls until your coaching time is up (and beyond that, if you choose to enroll in the continuity program for continued support).

2 - Check your end result against the “10 elements of an effective dating profile” list in the beginning of Module 10, Lesson3 (especially important if you have mixed and matched templates)
3 - Check your old photos AND take some new photos, following the guidelines in Module 10, Lesson 4 (watch the video AND read the text, TWICE).
If your old photos don’t meet the guidelines, please take some new ones before submitting for review, as we can only do ONE profile and photo review per person.
NEXT Steps:

5 - For the profile itself, you can copy and paste the text directly into the designated spot on the question form. (If you go over the character limit, your profile is too long. I have been VERY generous with the character limit there, so cut it down.)

If you want us to review your profile, you MUST use one of our templates to write out a profile bio in full and save it in that full, continuous format for our review. We cannot accommodate all the different formats of every different dating site. Once we have reviewed/edited your profile, THEN, you may “break it up” into sections to paste into the dating site sections, as needed.
6 - For the photos, you can send me a link to a google folder or dropbox folder. Or, you can attach each photo individually to the questions form, using the “attach” link on the form.
PLEASE NOTE: When filling out the question form, DO NOT use emojis, don’t go over the character limits for each field, and make sure you scroll down and click “Submit” AND that you are sent to a confirmation page after submitting.
If for some reason, you have a lot of trouble with the question form, you can send everything in an email to [email protected]. But in that case, you will not be able to attach all photos to one email, you’ll have to send several.

As for module four, and the physical decluttering process, please remember that I don’t want you to declutter your entire home in order to be able to move on. All you really need to do to be able to move on from that module is create some space in your master bedroom… Meaning, clean out a drawer and a little sliver of closet space, and maybe a drawer in a nightstand on the other side of the bed from where you sleep. Then, of course, get rid of anything that contains negative energy reminds you of an ex, etc. Then you can just make a plan to Declutter the rest, maybe once a month you spend half a Saturday decluttering other spaces in your home, one space at a time, but move on, once you’ve made the plan. Don’t try to complete the entire thing before moving on.
You can direct the “I’m sorry” part and the “I love you” part to him as a little baby, before whatever turned him into what he became… which is not the kind of “I’m sorry” where you’re admitting guilt, but the kind where you’re sorry for that innocent child, knowing what he became… Depending on your spiritual beliefs, alternatively, you could also try directing those words to the "divine spark," or "spirit of God" that lives deep inside the person who wronged you.
If you still can’t get there, even thinking of it that way… Then you can address the "I’m sorry" and "I love you" part to the old version of yourself that that endured what your ex put you through.

The content of each coaching call is unique, and is determined by the questions posed by our members. Some questions are pre-submitted before the calls, and some are asked live, on the calls. The more you engage, by asking questions, the more you will get out of this program. The calls are not “module-dependent” and the questions may be posed by members at very different places in the online course, but ALL members can benefit from hearing the answers to other members’ questions, no matter where you are in the modules.
Once you register, you will get an email response from Zoom with a link to join and use that link to get into the meeting . If you want to attend a different date/time, click the registration that matches and register for that particular meeting. You will get another email with a link allowing you to join that particular meeting.
Originally, we did not require registration in order to get onto a Zoom coaching call. While it was easier to manage, it was also difficult to get a report of attendance when everyone joined as "iPhone" or "Unknown User". Registering for the Zoom coaching calls forces everyone to add their first and last name as well as an email address. This way, we can distinguish who is who on each call, thereby protecting the privacy and security of members who share details about their personal lives on the calls. We are trying to keep a balance between ease-of-use and being too restrictive. Our other option would be to force all users to create their own Zoom account and log into each coaching call using that account. We are trying to avoid something like that.
We have set up a link for each Zoom call date/time combination. That's kind of how it has to be done within Zoom. It might seem like a pain, but once you register for a date/time combination, you are registered for all the meetings in that date/time combination. So, if you want to attend a Zoom coaching call on Wednesdays at 7:30pm (Eastern), go ahead and register for that date/time combination by clicking on the appropriate registration link. You will now be registered for ALL of the Wednesday calls at 7:30pm. Once you register, you will get an email response from Zoom with a link to join all of the Wednesday calls at 7:30pm. Use that link to get into the meeting each Wednesday at 7:30pm. If you want to attend a different date/time, click the registration that matches and register for that particular meeting. You will get another email with a link allowing you to join that particular meeting.
Just be sure to keep your emails of links separated, and do not confuse them. The link to get into, say, the coaching call on Wednesdays at 7:30pm WILL NOT WORK for a coaching call on Mondays at 12:00pm.

All of our Zoom coaching calls are recorded and placed in our Coaching Call Replays course. Because these calls are recorded, Zoom requires that you give permission to have yourself -- your video and audio -- be recorded.
In order to allow for permission, Zoom will display a separate pop-up window on which you will have to click a button to give that permission. Sometimes, this pop-up window may be pushed down the screen or behind other windows. Until you find that window and give your permission for recording, Zoom will not start your camera or microphone. So, if you can see and hear everyone else but no one can see or hear you, look for that permissions window.
If you can't find the permissions window, you can try to leave the meeting, re-join the meeting, and Zoom should re-display the permissions pop-up window.

You have access to live calls for 4 months (starting from the date of your enrollment). Once your 4 months is up, you will be informed of options to continue with live call access. If you choose not to opt for a continuity program, you will still be able to watch recorded calls on replay in your course portal.
The purpose of call registration is only to require everyone to add their first and last name as well as an email address before coming onto a call. We offer a paid (discounted) continuity program with a few different options based on how much coaching you think you may need. These options are available to you whether or not you have entered into a relationship. Some people may need further help to manifest their love, while others may need further help to ensure the growth and thriving of a relationship they’ve already begun. I have good news for you — falling asleep during the audios can actually be a good thing! Your subconscious mind is ALWAYS listening, even when you’re sleeping. And when we sleep, our conscious mind takes a break from “arguing” with the positive suggestions you are being provided with in the audios… so the new, upgraded beliefs can go deeper into your brain. In fact, sleep is basically the deepest form of hypnosis there is!
Plus, if you are able to catch some Zzzzs AND re-train your brain at the same time, that is a win-win because you’re doing double duty and saving time in your busy schedule.

The best time of day to listen to the audios IS.... whatever time you will actually listen to them!
In terms of "finding time" to listen, I recommend you think of it in terms of MAKING time for something that you have DECIDED is a priority for you.
But here's the even better news: Some of these audios less than 2 minutes, and most of your audios don’t have to add any extra time to your day. For example:
By connecting the audio sessions to things you’re already doing, you make this mental/emotional/energetic “hygiene” a normal part of your life, instead of stressing over “fitting it all in.”
Being hypnotized is NOT what you see in old black and white movies, or in Las Vegas stage shows. In fact, a lot of people THINK they “can’t be hypnotized,” because they have misunderstand what hypnosis really is, and because they have in their minds that hypnosis is “supposed” to FEEL a certain way… or because they have bought into prejudices against hypnosis (based on a misunderstanding of what it really is)… But hypnosis is actually a normal, natural mental process and state of the mind, and it feels different to different people. In fact, you are probably already going into a state of hypnosis several times a day without even realizing it. Have you ever driven to work, or back home again, and arrived with no real recollection of the drive itself? That's hypnosis! So contrary to popular belief, everybody can be hypnotized.
Even though hypnotists often use the word “trance,” all hypnosis is, is a deeply relaxed state of mind and body. Hypnosis is very effective for our clients. It is part of how this program helps women break their subconscious self sabotaging patterns. In fact, it is one of the things our most successful students credit most for the way their lives transform in our program.
That said–and here’s what’s really important–our program is made up of lessons, exercises, coaching, and audio recordings. The audio recordings make up only about 20% of this program… And only about 20% of those audio recordings are hypnosis sessions… And here’s the best part – Even if you only listen to those hypnosis audios thinking of them only as “guided deep meditations,” which is all hypnosis really is… they will still work to change your brain. What I’m saying is, even if you don’t feel “hypnotized,” that’s okay. They will still reprogram your mind, just like the other audios, which are in fact, mostly guided meditations.
And if you’re thinking, “I can’t meditate, either”... that’s 100% fine. This is not traditional “make your mind blank” meditation… If your mind wanders to a million things, if you fall asleep, if you lose focus on the words entirely, that doesn’t matter. It is your conscious mind that is doing the wandering, while your subconscious absorbs what is being said… which is really just another form of hypnosis.
Your subconscious mind recognizes and picks up on things your conscious mind cannot. Not every word of the audio sessions is even meant to be consciously heard and understood. In fact, a few of the sessions has no conscious-level vocals at all, but the vocals are embedded "underneath" the music and sounds to create an opportunity for subliminal influence. (Don't worry, there's nothing being said below the conscious threshold that isn't already said in some of our conscious listening audios.)
While it is rare that someone has a negative reaction to one of our audio sessions, it is not completely unheard of.
My best advice is to:
1) Completely let go of any expectation of what meditation or hypnosis is "supposed to" feel like. Like everything else, it can feel completely different from one person to another... and that's perfectly ok, and it can can still be effective, regardless. For some people, it feels like completely falling asleep. Some people just feel mildly relaxed. Some people consciously notice no difference at all... And occasionally, in some situations, rare people might experience a feeling of agitation and anxiety. Whatever your personal response is, is completely normal. It's when you start JUDGING your response and resisting the process, that you are more likely to experience issues. Let go of any expectation, and just listen as a casual, objective, unattached OBSERVER.
2) When you notice your mind wandering, do just that — NOTICE it only — no judgment, no trying to analyze WHY your mind is wandering, not beating yourself up, not interpretation of what it means that it wandered... just passive observation, followed by redirecting your mind to listen to the recording (if it's a meditation) or even just letting it continue to wander (if it's hypnosis and if that's more comfortable for you). Yes, you may need to do this a lot, or a few times, and that's ok, too.
3) If you experience discomfort in any part of your body while listening, breathe all the way into that spot, sending love and light and warmth there, and ask it to relax and release.
4) Decide and affirm before listening to any audio, that you are committing yourself to TRUSTING that this is all for your highest good, and to allow your whole being to relax and let go.
5) If you tend to have a really hard time trusting, try listening to an audio wide awake and sitting up straight (maybe even while doing something active with your body, like walking somewhere safe) while listening, for the first time…. so that your brain can hear that there’s nothing harmful and objectionable and allow you to relax and let go the next time.
6) Do the specific audio two more times, fairly close together, with an open mind. Things should get better with repetition, especially if you follow the other bits of advice above.
7) If you have tried all of the above, and still find yourself having trouble with a particular audio, it may be time to do some conscious and intentional work around the topic at hand... Additionally, you can replace that audio with a similar audio that doesn't have the adverse effect. (Send an email to [email protected] to ask what might be a good substitution for you.)
Please follow the audio calendar as closely as possible, no matter what pace you are going through the modules. It is best to treat the audio calendar and modules as separate, because it is important that you get the prescribed amount of repetition of the audios, as that is how the subconscious develops new, more empowering beliefs -- through repetition.

First, let me just say that we highly recommend messaging a man first if you find his profile intriguing. Let go of any "stigma" you think is associated with making the first move. The kind of man you want, is secure enough in his manhood to be okay with (and likely, delighted by) hearing from you, first.
And, we don't leave you wondering what to say, either. In Module 10, lesson 1, look for the "Messaging Formula," which will give you a great and easy formula to follow to get the attention of a great guy and make it easy for him to write you back.
Does using this formula guarantee a man will reply to your message? Of course not... But it does increase your chances of the right guy responding, and doing so with great interest instead of lukewarm curiosity.
Just remember, as always, there are 8 billion people in the world, and most of them aren't your person, and that's OKAY. If a man doesn't message you back, it says nothing about your worthiness or how loveable or attractive you are. It just tells you that either he is too busy to reply, his profile isn't real anyway, or you are not a right match for him, for any one of a million reasons. (Maybe you have a cat and he is highly allergic!) Regardless of the reason, all you need to know is that if you aren't a right match for him, then he isn't a right match for you, either. Don't waste an ounce of energy worrying over it. Save your energy for the guy who is the right match.

If I already reviewed and approved your profile and photos, the profile is not the problem.
Here’s what the problem COULD be (no assumptions made here, just sharing what the problem USUALLY is, when someone reaches out to me with this issue):
Maybe most of these don't apply to you, but it's highly likely that at least one of them does. These are the most common reasons women fail on dating apps. And for most people who struggle, it is usually 2-3 or more of these issues at play, simultaneously.
Finally, I have a few additional pieces of advice for you here:
1. Listen to the expansion meditation.
2. Listen to 8 minute magnetism.
3. Read and re-read Module 10, paying close attention. There's a lot there that many people miss the first time around.
4. Don't be afraid to add in some organic ways of meeting men. (Search the word "organically" on this FAQ page for ideas.)
To answer this question, let me ask you a few questions:
When I was on the dating apps, I got tons of critical messages about my profile. Some examples:
But do you want to know what MY man said, when he messaged me?
Greg said, "I spent hours poring over every word in your profile. It 's such a breath of fresh air to meet a woman who knows who she is and what she wants, and I can't believe how much we have in common. This just got interesting. ;)"
If I had dumbed down, shortened, or watered down my profile to appeal to the kinds of guys who criticized it, I probably would have missed out on the perfect man for me.
"More hits" is NOT what we want. In fact, the kind of guy who takes time out of his day to say something to you like that, is EXACTLY the kind of guy you want to repel. Repelling the wrong guys is just as much a part of this equation as attracting the right ones (if not more so).
Getting lots of views, likes, and messages may feel good to our egos... but it doesn't equate to finding love with the right partner, any more than getting lots of likes on a social media promotion (for a business) translates into getting paying clients.
In other words, quality over quantity. You have to burn the haystack to find the needle. Having a longer, more detailed profile is step one to burning the haystack.

We actually have a member who gives discounted rates for background checks for our members. Her name on Facebook is Hopeful Emergence. Just tag her in a post in the FB group. That's how she prefers to be contacted.
You can also use google image search at images.google.com by dragging and dropping a man's pictures into the search box. You can also reverse look up his phone number. Will this always get your results? No, but I do not know of anything better than google images for searching pictures, though if someone doesn't have any online presence (like social media, LinkedIn, professional associations), you're right, it's not useful. It's still a good first step to try. Of course, if they don't have any online presence, that in itself is possibly a yellow flag (meaning ask more questions).
There are plenty of services with a flat monthly fee for unlimited background checks. I do not recommend any of them, specifically, because they all have pros and cons and can have some inaccurate or outdated information. (For instance, one of them still showed me married to an ex I haven't been with for almost 30 years. Another one showed me with my old last name, living in a house from 20 years ago, and had my ex husband's new wife listed as my sister. Another one showed Greg still married to his ex.)
Hopeful Emergence gets reports from three different companies, but even her test reports on me and Greg had inaccuracies. Background checks are meant to be a starting point and a springboard to ask questions and look for any serious red flags like domestic violence or other criminal record. They are NOT meant taken as the absolute and up to date truth.
As I mentioned above, I can't recommend any specific services, so I would recommend just googling "background checks" and picking the one that sounds the best to you in terms of fees, inclusions, and terms and conditions.
Remember, you don't need to background check every single person you strike up a conversation with. It is only recommended once you have a plan to meet up in person with someone. Until you get to that point, don't waste your time or money on background checks, and most importantly, remember, they are still just a stranger on the internet, and DON'T become attached to the idea of who that person could be.

We cannot answer this question. Some people find their last love very quickly, within weeks of completing the program modules. Others take a lot longer, and need more real-life practice using the tools. Comparing yourself to those who've manifested faster is NOT productive. Instead, choose to see others' successes as inspirations and illustrations of what is possible and on its way to you.
Maybe your person isn't ready yet, maybe you aren't quite ready yet. Maybe the universe has one or both of you in a "holding pattern" until the right time.
Just remember, the time it takes is going to pass, no matter what. It is your choice to either spend that time happy and fulfilled and positively focused on what you are manifesting and what you are learning along the way... or negatively focused on what you don't have, yet. (Guess which option will help you manifest faster?) ;)
