Booking fees for private coaching sessions are treated as a retainer, to secure time on the coach's calendar, and as such, are non-refundable. By completing payment, you are agreeing to these terms and you waive any right or expectation to receive a refund.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must reach out via email to [email protected]. ONE reschedule is permitted. Multiple reschedules will forfeit both your booking fee AND your appointment.

Further, I understand that all program content is copyrighted by Natalie Kita, and I agree not to sell, loan, publicly post, give, or share this content with anyone, anywhere. I agree to not use these materials for any purpose other than for my own personal use.
