Description, Terms & Conditions:

Your dating profile photo shoot will take place either in Henderson, Nevada. The exact address for the shoot location will be provided once you have selected and reserved your shoot date.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for your own travel expenses to get to the photographer's location. To ensure availability of preferred dates, you should get your shoot scheduled as soon as possible. 

You will be allowed up to 4 (quick) outfit changes in a 45-minute shoot. PLEASE NOTE: You should bring more options than you plan to wear, so Natalie can advise you on which ones will photograph the best.)

Casual, natural looking backgrounds for the shoot will be chosen by your photographer.

Your photographer will direct you on posing and facial expression to bring out the best in you. She will then select, and lightly edit, the best photos for your dating profile. The finished photos will be delivered to you both in high resolution (for printing, if you wish) and in web resolution for posting to your dating profile.

This photo shoot is unique, in that half of your photos will be taken with a professional camera, and half will be taken with an iphone. This is done so you don't end up with all of your photos looking *too* "professional" on your profile, which can arouse suspicions of people on dating sites about how "real" you actually are. (Don't worry, I take great photos with an iphone, too! In fact, most of my own professional headshots have been taken as selfies on my iphone.)

You will be granted both a print and commercial release for the photos resulting from your session, which means you may print them, and/or use them for your website, business cards, professional headshots, etc.

Please note: This is a dating profile shoot, NOT a boudoir or glamour shoot, so please plan outfits and set your expectations accordingly.

You will receive 10 finished, lightly edited digital image files from your shoot, which will be chosen by your photographer, based on her expertise.

There are no hair/makeup services included with this session. It is recommended that you do your own hair and makeup exactly as you would for a nice "date night," so that you will look very similar to how you would look when you show up to a first date.

Cancellation, Reschedule, & Refund Policy:

• If you request a refund before you have actually scheduled your shoot, you will be given a partial refund. (A $250 administrative fee will be deducted from the amount of your payment and retained by your photographer.)
• Once your shoot date and time are scheduled, a $500 non-refundable retainer applies. $500 will therefore be deducted from your refund and retained by your photographer if you cancel your shoot.
• If you no-show for your appointment, there will be no refund. 
• If an emergency or travel delay causes you to need to cancel your shoot, you will be allowed to reschedule for another date/time. If you cancel (not reschedule) with less than 24 hours' notice, there will be no refund. ONE reschedule only is permitted. Multiple reschedules will require a second payment to secure the new date, and no refund will be given for the previous booking.

By completing payment, you are trusting your photographer's expertise to provide the best and most effective dating profile photos, and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
