You are responsible for your own transportation and accommodations. You will also be responsible for paying for your own dinners, and any "extras" you may desire.

Jul 12 @8pm is the opening night cocktail meet and greet. 

Sessions and classes are:

• Jul 13 from 8:30am-4:30
• Jul 14 from 8:30-4:30

That means you will want a room at least for the 12th and 13th, if your photo shoot is on day 2. And unless you are able to (and want to) take a night flight home after sessions on the 14th, you should probably book for the 14th, as well. 

If your photo shoot is on day 1 of the event, and you don't wish to participate in other group activities (pool party, group dinner, belly dance class), then you may even choose to book a room ONLY for the 12th.

That means you should fly out no later than earlier in the day on the 12th.

If your photo shoot is on day 1 of the event, and you don't wish to participate in other group activities (pool party, group dinner, belly dance class), then you may even choose to fly back on the 13th (night flight) or 14th (day flight).  

That said, you may also want to come a couple days earlier and/or stay a couple days longer, if you want more time to enjoy Vegas.

PS Check in time at both of our recommended hotels (Hilton Lake Las Vegas and Westin Lake Las Vegas) is 4pm and checkout is at 11am.

You will fly into LAS (Las Vegas International Airport, aka Harry Reid International AND McCarran International. Yes, they are all the same airport.)

We recommend renting a car, since ordering up multiple Uber rides can add up to big costs, and Ubers are not as easy to get in the Lake Las Vegas area, and may cause you to be late to retreat classes/sessions, and therefore, miss important content. (We are unable to hold or repeat content for latecomers.)

For accommodations, we are recommending you book your stay at your choice of two different hotels for these events -- The Westin Lake Las Vegas, and The Hilton Lake Las Vegas. Both are high end, beautiful hotels, in a gorgeous location, that is very convenient to the retreat events. The Westin is larger and newer, but the Hilton is quite lovely, is more affordable, and is situated in a quaint little walkable village with restaurants, shops, bars, and even a small grocery store/deli. You can find hotel addresses and contact info at the websites linked above.

There will be plenty of free time while others are having their photo shoots. I will provide a shoot schedule around 2 weeks before the event start, so you can plan ahead for how you wish to spend your free time.

We will take short breaks, including a lunch break each day. 

In addition to free time during the day, you will free time in the evenings to explore as you wish (although we will also organize one group trip to the famous Las Vegas "Strip" on Saturday night, for dinner and whatever else your heart desires. Each guest will pay for her own dinner and any other off-site activities.)

Notes:

1. While others are in their private sessions, you can relax and enjoy the pool/spa/sunshine (bring your swimsuit and a hotel towel with you), or just the air conditioning, along with each other’s company! The house is open, but large, and there is plenty of outdoor seating, so there’s room to spread out if you’d like to read or relax on your own. We also have two hammocks and two chaise lounges along with an outdoor sofa, table, and chairs by the pool.
2. Please understand that, depending on the type of photo shoots we are doing for each person, we may need to temporarily relocate other guests from where they are hanging out, in order to get the needed shots.
3. You are not required to participate in any activities aside from your own photo consult and shoot, except for the items with asterisks next to them (from 9am-11:30am on Saturday). This means that you are free to skip an entire day (if you wish) if your shoot is on Saturday and you don’t wish to hang out, do the optional dinner and belly dance class, etc. We do ask that you please let us know if you plan to miss activities, the shuttle from the hotel, the cocktail party, breakfasts, and/or lunches on either day, so we can plan accordingly.
4. You may wish to coordinate ride or rental car sharing with other guests to save money or just to enjoy the company.
5. The optional activities are just that - optional. The time of the ride back from The Strip is still TBD, depending on who/how many are going, and whether it will be Beth or myself driving. (I’m more of an old buddy dude than Beth is lol)
6. Once I know who is doing which kind of shoot, I will send along some wardrobe and preparation tips. HAIR AND MAKEUP ARE NOT INCLUDED OR PROVIDED. I will be teaching hair and makeup tips on Saturday morning.
7. When we get closer to the event dates, I will be reaching out with a lunch menu for you to make selections from.

No, you do NOT need to be a member of one of my programs to participate in any of these events.

Due to logistics, resort policies, the very small number of spots open for each event, and the necessity of reserving all accommodations, services, and amenities well in advance, cancellations will NOT receive a refund.

However, guests who cancel at any time before 1 month prior to event start date, may receive a credit in the amount of HALF the amount paid, to be used toward a future event (subject to availability).

We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance, which is optional and at your own cost. In addition, due to the ever-present possibility of unforeseen circumstances, we do not recommend booking non-refundable hotels or flights, and we do not assume any responsibility if you make the choice to do so. 

*Please note, we cannot re-sell your spot for you, nor are spots transferrable, UNLESS you give at least 1 month's notice of your "replacement" guest. If you choose this option, you must sell or gift your spot PRIVATELY, and your replacement guest MUST be female.  

This will be an intimate event, to make sure that there is plenty of personal attention and space for each guest. There are only 8 spots that have been made available for each event (in addition to your instructor and her assistant). This event is expected to sell out (if it hasn't already at the time you're reading this), so if you would like to bring a friend, make sure she books quickly, and that you let us know the name of your friend, so we can assign her as your roommate. Otherwise, roommates will be randomly assigned from among all guests attending.

This is a women's-only event.

Here are some things I recommend packing:

• cash or credit card for dinners, transportation to and from the airport, souvenirs and fun on the strip
• notebook and pens, highlighter, maybe sticky tabs to mark important things during classes!! Please don't forget this! We will NOT be recording or re-sharing information after the event.
• swimsuit, cover-up for the pool/spa (and please bring a towel over from the hotel to the retreat venue)
• flat, comfy shoes for walking the strip!
• clothes, pjs, toiletries, hair brush, etc.
• sunscreen!!!
• any personal medicine, vitamins/supplements
• hair styling implements (hair dryers are provided at the hotel, but flat irons/curling irons are not)

For the retreat:

Comfort is king!

For class days, we will be doing some movement each day of the retreat, so athleisure wear is perfect. You may also dress casual/business casual if you prefer, as long as your clothing allows for some movement.

For the cocktail party and outing to The Strip, you may want to be a little dressier (cute casual), but remember, ONLY comfortable, flat shoes for walking The Strip! (Trust me on this! I learned the hard way!)

The weather in the Las Vegas area, depending on the time of year, can be very different from day to night, so bring layers to allow for customizing your comfort level. It's also a good idea to google "henderson nv weather forecast  __________ (the dates you will be there)."

For your photo shoot:
First, I want to be 100% clear: You will be providing your own clothes, shoes, and accessories for your shoot. 

There will be a group chat set up for the event, and we will post wardrobe tips there as we get closer to the event. 

There will be a class on the first day of the event, where you will be given personalized tips for doing your own hair and makeup for the shoot. (You should bring your makeup and hair supplies with you to the event site if you are having your shoot on the first day.)

If you are going with the boudoir option for your shoot, and you wish to have professional hair and makeup done for your shoot, please let us know well in advance and we will try to find a hair and makeup artist for you (though we make no guarantees of this). Please understand though, that HUMAs who come to your location are NOT inexpensive. 

If you are going with the personal branding or dating profile option, it is strongly recommended that you do your own hair and makeup, following the guidelines we will provide. 

Also, there will be a group chat set up for the event, and we will post hair and makeup tips there as we get closer to the event.
