IMPORTANT: Due to logistics, resort policies, the special discounted room rates offered for this event, and the necessity of reserving all accommodations, services, and amenities well in advance for a large group, cancellations will only receive a partial refund, as follows:

  • Guests who cancel at ANY time before 1 month prior to retreat dates will receive a refund, MINUS $800.
  • Guests who cancel at any time between 2 weeks-1 month prior to retreat dates will receive a refund, MINUS $1000.
  • Guests who cancel at any time between 1 week-2 weeks prior to retreat dates will receive a refund, MINUS $1200.
  • Guests who cancel at any time between 2 days-1 week prior to retreat dates will receive a refund, MINUS $1500.
  • Guests who cancel less than 2 days prior to retreat dates will NOT receive a refund.

We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance, which is optional and at your own cost. 

*Please note, we cannot re-sell your spot for you, nor are spots transferrable, UNLESS you give at least 1 month's notice and keep the exact same room with the same number of people on the reservation. 

In addition, if you engage in any illegal, immoral, or abusive conduct toward retreat staff, resort staff, or other retreat guests before or during the retreat, you will not be permitted to attend retreat classes, and no refunds will be offered. (We don't expect this, but we have to say it.)

If circumstances beyond our control make it so the named resort is unavailable, another resort of equal quality and amenities, easily accessible from the same airport, will be substituted.

2024 Spring Retreat - Shared Room

What you'll get:

  • 7 nights accommodations in a standard private room at Dreams Royal Beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
  • All meals, snacks, and beverages on the resort property
  • 5 daytime classes
  • 5 morning meditative movement sessions
  • 3 special evening events

*Airfare and transportation are not included, and are your own responsibility to pay for and arrange. Flights to the Dominican Republic from the US are generally affordable, and transfers from the airport are not expensive if you're ok with a shared ride.
