You are responsible for your own transportation and accommodations. (We strongly recommend renting a car and booking a room at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas for great rates and an amazing and convenient location. However, the Westin Lake Las Vegas is also close by if the Hilton doesn't have availability. If you stay elsewhere, and/or rely on Ubers, you may have trouble getting to and from the event location on time!) 

You will also be responsible for your own dinner on Friday* night, and any "extras" you may desire. *On Thursday night, the cocktail party at 8 pm includes a "lite bites" charcuterie/style buffet. If you want more than that, or want to eat earlier than that, it is your responsibility. 

March 6 @8pm is the opening night cocktail meet and greet. 

Sessions and classes are:

• March 7 from 8:30am-5:30
• March 8 from 8:30-5:30

The group dinner on the last night (March 8th) is at 7pm at a local Italian restaurant. 

That means you will want a room at least for the 6th and 7th. And unless you are able to (and want to) take a late-night red-eye flight home after sessions on the 8th, you should probably book for the 8th, as well, and fly back on the 9th.

•  March 8 from 8:30-5:30 (followed by a group dinner @7pm)

The opening night meet and greet is a great, no-pressure way to ease into the event and begin bonding with the other guests and your instructor, so it's best if you make a point to attend. That means you should fly out no later than earlier in the day on the 6th.

As for when you fly back home, well, unless you are able to (and want to) take a late-night redeye flight home after sessions and the group dinner on the 8th, you would be able to fly back on the 9th.

That said, you may want to come out a couple days earlier and/or stay a couple days longer, if you want more time to enjoy the Vegas area.

PS Check in time at both of our recommended hotels (Hilton Lake Las Vegas and Westin Lake Las Vegas) is 4pm and checkout is at 11am.

The actual event sessions will be held at an address in Henderson, NV (in the Lake Las Vegas area) that will be provided to attendees only after booking a spot at the event. Once you reserve your spot, you will be added to a private Facebook messenger group chat, and you will receive the venue information in a the group chat approximately 30 days before the event date.

You will fly into LAS (Las Vegas International Airport, aka Harry Reid International, aka McCarran International. Yes, they are all the same airport.)

We strongly recommend renting a car, since ordering up multiple Uber rides can add up to big costs, and Ubers are not as easy to get in the Lake Las Vegas area, and may cause you to be late to retreat classes/sessions, and therefore, miss important content. (We are unable to hold or repeat content for latecomers.)

For accommodations, we are recommending you book your stay at your choice of two different hotels for these events -- The Westin Lake Las Vegas, and The Hilton Lake Las Vegas. Both are high end, beautiful hotels, in a gorgeous location, that is very convenient to the retreat events. The Westin is larger and newer, but the Hilton is quite lovely, is more affordable, and is situated in a quaint little walkable village with restaurants, shops, bars, and even a small grocery store/deli. You can find hotel addresses and contact info at the websites linked above.

The actual retreat sessions will be held at an address in Henderson, NV (in the Lake Las Vegas area). For privacy's sake, that will only be provided to booked event attendees only. You will receive that information approximately 30 days before the event date, via a Facebook messenger group chat. (PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST BE ABLE AND WILLING TO USE FACEBOOK MESSENGER TO ATTEND THIS EVENT, AS THAT IS WHERE WE DISSEMINATE AND COORDINATE EVENT DETAILS IN REAL TIME!)

We are packing a LOT into two full days of classes. Expect to be "in session" from 9-5 each day (Friday and Saturday).

We will take short bathroom/water breaks, plus a lunch break" each day.

In addition to free time during the day, you will have free time Friday evening to explore as you wish (See a show, explore the famous Las Vegas "Strip," treat yourself to a fancy dinner, and/or whatever else your heart desires. Each person will pay for their own dinner on Friday and any other off-site activities.)

The exact itinerary is TBA, and since it will "name names," it will be shared with reserved guests through a post in the private event group chat, approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.

•  4 pm: Manifesting Love  (Includes Dating & Flirting Tips)
•  5 pm: Open Q&A
•  5:30 pm: Back to the hotel to relax / Explore Vegas on your own or with other guests! (In the past, different guests have decided to go to the famous Las Vegas “Strip” to explore, or seen or show, or had another dinner at a Vegas restaurant. This is your chance to sample Vegas life in whatever way tickles your fancy!

Saturday:

•  8:30 am: Continental Breakfast @Event Venue
•  9 am: Cultivating & Practicing Self Love
•  10 am: Remove Toxicity From Your Life, Let Go Of The Past, And Be Happy
•  11 am: Discover Your Passion & Purpose
•  12 pm: Belly Dance Class

•  1 pm: Private Sessions and Pool/Spa Time
•  3:30: Heal/Improve Your Relationship With Your Body
•  4:30 pm: Wrap Up / Open Q&A
•  5:30 pm: back to hotel to change
•  7 pm: Group Dinner (location TBA)

Sunday:

• No activities - Hotel checkout is 11am. Fly back home or stay longer to enjoy Vegas. 

No, you do NOT need to be a member of one of my programs to participate in any of these events.

Due to logistics, and the very small number of spots open for each event, and the necessity of ordering/reserving/preparing all , event schedules, services, food, and amenities well in advance, cancellations will NOT receive a refund.

However, guests who cancel at any time before 1 month prior to event start date, may receive a credit in the amount of HALF the amount paid, to be used toward a future event (subject to availability). If you do not end up using the credit toward a future event, that is your choice, but there will not be a refund.

We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance, which is optional and at your own cost. In addition, due to the ever-present possibility of unforeseen circumstances, we do not recommend booking non-refundable hotels or flights, and we do not assume any responsibility if you make the choice to do so. 

*Please note, we cannot re-sell your spot for you. Spots are not transferrable, UNLESS you give at least 1 month's notice of your "replacement" guest. If you choose this option, you must sell or gift your spot PRIVATELY, and your replacement guest MUST be female.  

This will be an intimate event, to make sure that there is plenty of personal attention and space for each guest. There are only 8 spots that have been made available for each event (in addition to your instructor and her assistant). This event is expected to sell out (if it hasn't already at the time you're reading this), so if you would like to bring a friend, make sure she books quickly. 

This is a women's-only event.

Hotel check-in is at 4pm, and checkout is at 11am. 

The opening night cocktail party begins at 8pm, so that should give you ample time to check in and get settled before the party (nearby, at Natalie's house). 

Here are some things I recommend packing:

• cash or credit card for dinners, transportation to and from the airport, souvenirs and fun on the strip
• notebook and pens, highlighter, maybe sticky tabs to mark important things during classes!! Please don't forget this! We will NOT be recording or re-sharing information after the event.
• swimsuit, cover-up for the pool/spa (and please bring a towel over from the hotel to the retreat venue)
• flat, comfy shoes for walking the strip!
• clothes, pjs, toiletries, hair brush, etc.
• sunscreen!!!
• any personal medicine, vitamins/supplements
• hair styling implements (hair dryers are provided at the hotel, but flat irons/curling irons are not)

Comfort is king!

For class days, we will be doing some movement each day of the retreat, so athleisure wear is perfect. You may also dress casual/business casual if you prefer, as long as your clothing allows for some movement.

For the cocktail party and dinner, you may want to be a little dressier (cute casual), but remember, on your free night, if you choose to explore The Strip, ONLY comfortable, flat shoes for walking The Strip! (Trust me on this! I learned the hard way!)

The weather in the Las Vegas area, depending on the time of year, can be very different from day to night, so bring layers to allow for customizing your comfort level. It's also a good idea to google "henderson nv weather forecast  __________ (the dates you will be there)."
